    Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission (PBRPC) Office Renovations Project RE-BID REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ODESSA, TEXASNOTICE TO PROPOSERS Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission (PBRPC) RE-BID Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission (PBRPC) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the Office Renovations RE-BID project. For proposal information please contact Richard Schwope, 432-362-6565 richards@jsarch.com or documents may be downloaded from JSA Architects, Inc. website at www.jsarch.com. Proposals are to be submitted to JSA Architects, 415 N. Jackson Ave., Odessa, Texas, before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Proposers will meet at 2910 LaForce Blvd., Midland, Texas. All Proposers are encouraged to attend. A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) will be required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required by Owner upon contract execution. Faxed proposals from proposers will not be accepted.
